Original Acrylic Mixed Media Painting Spring Robin "Resilient"

Dandelions and Robins both make for a vary resilient community. Both happily coexist in the yard and keep coming back year after year. A sure sign that spring is here. This is #61 of my 100 works of art project. This work began as a larger work of art that was divided into squares. I used intuitive line, color, and marks. My theme became the color yellow and was inspired by the first colors of spring. I worked from my photographs and excursions around the area of my home. These particular pansies sat on my front steps all spring and made me smile on my arrival home each day.
